S.T.A.R.S. Hip-Hop| This is an exciting class featuring a wide range of fun, up-beat movement for both boys and girls. Students learn class discipline, coordination, left & right skills, patterns in movement, and basic jazz technique while improving thier strength, flexibility, balance, and rhythm. Exercises are designed keeping the needs and physical limitations in mind of students with special needs. Participants will be exposed to fun, popular styles of music and dance using upbeat, popular, and clean, age-appropriate music. |
