Mondays – 8am Aqua Fit; 7pm Aqua Zumba
Tuesdays – 8am Aqua Fit; 9am Aqua Zumba; 7pm Aqua Boot Camp
Wednesdays – 8am Aqua Fit; 7pm Aqua Zumba
Thursdays – 8am Aqua Fit; 7pm Aqua Boot Camp
Fridays – 8am Aqua Fit; 9am Deep Aqua Fit; 10am Ai Chi
Saturdays – 8am Aqua Fit

Aqua Fit: This class is a shallow water, low impact, cardio, and strength workout.

Ai Chi: This class is a total body strengthening and relaxation progression of exercises. Ai Chi has a number of benefits including relaxation, promotion of flexibly, increased energy as well as facilitating core strength and stability.

Deep Aqua Fit: This class is a deep water, non-impact, cardio and strength workout.

Aqua Zumba: This class is a shallow water, low impact, high intensity cardio, and strength workout set to Latin style music.

Aqua Boot Camp: This class is a shallow water, low impact, very high intensity cardio, and strength workout.
